What follows is a comprehensive display of planned and approved projects for College Park with Architectural renderings. The only one of these projects that isn’t absolutely certain to proceed is the Hilton Hotel project (our judgment). There are several other projects not included here (since they don’t have renderings) but are also in the pipeline. We’d recommend consulting College Park’s most recent Economic Development Update for more info on these. Click the images to enlarge.

The following four projects are set for eventual (several very soon) construction in order and almost continuously along the west side of Route 1 just north of the University’s North Gate.
5-acre park, pedestrian bridge on a central but now vacant lot
10-Story, 300 Rooms, conference space, 1-2 restaurants
University View Overlook (Office building in front of existing University View)

North Gate Condominium Project
17-Story, 204 Condos, Retail
